Congratulations to Jamara Collins, center, for being named the 2020 Crowley High Homecoming Queen. Collins is the daughter of, from left, Ramona George and James Collins, Sr.​​​​​​​

Jamaria Collins took home the title of 2020 Crowley High School Homecoming Queen during halftime of the game against the CHS  Gents and the Abbeville Wildcats.

Collins, the other nine young ladies vying for the title, and the 2020 Football Sweetheart Daegan Castille were escorted across the field and presented to the crowd prior to the announcement.

Collins was escorted by her mother Ramona George and her father James Collins Sr.

Collins has served as class president of her sophomore and junior classes. She was a member of the basketball team during her freshman year and a part of the color guard. She participated in Student Council, FCCLA, French Club, and National Honor Society. She is now a cheerleader where she serves as captain.  Collins maintains a 4.0 GPA and is among the top-ranked students in her senior class. She plans to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to major in nursing.
